Our Organic & Grass-Fed Organ Matrix is made from selected beef organs from Nordic cattle, raised on free-range, regenerative pastures.

The product undergoes a gentle freeze-drying process that preserves the nutrients in their natural and bioactive form ( 1 , 2 , 3 ). It is a source of vitamin A, several B vitamins (including B2, B3, B5 and B12), iron and copper – micronutrients that the body easily absorbs because they are found in their natural matrix, often bound to peptides and co-factors. This form resembles the body’s own structures and makes absorption more efficient. Furthermore, the minerals in organs are typically found in chelated form – i.e. bound to organic molecules – which further supports high bioavailability and gentle absorption in the gut.

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, skin, immune system and iron metabolism. Vitamin B12 and riboflavin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system, the formation of red blood cells and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Copper contributes to normal skin pigmentation and to the transport of iron in the body.
